Context
In the pre-design stage, I had the opportunity to talk with a housewife in one of the areas where we planned to implement the PH program. The objective was to detect the critical elements to be incorporated into the design. When I gave the lady a description of what the program could contain, the following dialogue ensued.......

Context
At the beginning of the PH program, one of the promoters expressed a lot of confidence in what she could achieve with it. Upon receiving a visit from a senior executive of Cemex, who had asked to talk to one of the promoters, the following dialogue arises......

Mrs. Macrina, one of the promoters of the PH program, talks with one of the heads of the program team and tells her about her experience in the advancement of her house......

In one of the random visits to PH participating partners, to verify the family experiences that the program was producing, the following dialogue emerged......

Context
In one of the Construmex service centers in Los Angeles, CA, there is the housing advisor who is in charge of talking with the migrant and making a work plan that reflects the need and intention to build in Mexico. One of the clients arrives to talk to the advisor and this dialogue arises.......

Context
In conversation between a member of the program team and one of the participating ladies, on the occasion that the paving work had already been completed. This dialogue arises.......
