Objetive

Aimed at the renovation and improvement of facades in businesses installed in the historic centers of small towns. The idea is to give uniformity in aesthetics and qualities of the façades so that the selected areas improve the aesthetic presence as a whole.

What Does It Offer?

A way to renovate and standardize the facades of small businesses, with an aesthetic presentation designed and approved by the municipality
Weekly payments of low amounts that can be made at the nearby service office cover a portion of the cost, the rest is borne by the municipality.

Operation

a. The municipality designs and shares with the businesses in the selected area, the aesthetic elements that will characterize the facades

b. The promoter of the programme visits potential interested parties and explains how it works

c. The registered interested party receives a proposal of how their façade would look and the payment plan necessary to carry it out

d. The interested party makes the agreed down payment contributions and the municipality carries out the work

e. Registered business continues with outstanding payments

f. In case of failure, the outstanding is included in the property tax of the business.
