Operation
a. The family is contacted and informed via a promoter who at the same time participates in PH
b. At the service center, the housing advisor proposes the best route for space expansion
c. Sequential material packages are calculated to complete the micro project, 1 room
d. In a 10-week payment cycle, 2 payments are made, the material is received and payments are continued for 8 weeks. The cycle is repeated several times until the project is completed. A typical room takes 70 weeks (this is one-third of the typical time in self-construction)
e. The microcredit is based on a group management with 3 participants that avoids failing in payments, without affecting their other two neighboring families. The promoter, who knows her community, puts together the groups of 3.
